Yes! Preservatives are necessary to ensure the products maintain their efficacy and keep the TRUE nasties (bacteria and mould) out of the products. Most skincare products do contain preservatives, but it really depends on what type of product it is. Rainbow Skin products include the preservatives necessary to make sure the product stays fresh and there’s enough time for you to use them.

All our products are paraben-free.

Yes! All Rainbow Skin products are safe to use together.
Check out the product pages for specific guidance on how to use each product but as a general guide:
- Cleanser and moisturiser can be used twice a day (AM and PM).
- Clay mask recommended use is 2-3 times per week.

All our products are suitable for sensitive skin although we recommend using the products on intact and healthy skin to ensure the best experience. The face is one of the most sensitive areas on the body, so we recommend patch testing 48 hours before first-time use. See patch testing instructions at the bottom of this page.

We weren't kidding when we said that we're obsessive over our product formulations and that includes leaving out irritants and carrying out stringent sensitivity testing. That being said we know that skin doesn't always play nice, so we recommend doing a patch test before first-time use. If you do experience irritation or an allergic reaction, send through photos and we'd be happy to issue a full refund minus $10 to cover the shipping cost.

Congratulations! The only product we wouldn’t recommend using is the Triple Green Tea clay mask as salicylic acid is one of the ingredients. Save this mask for when you’re not pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have any serious concerns, we recommend speaking to your doctor first.

Discount codes provide a way to reduce the price of items during checkout. However, please note that some discount codes cannot be applied to items that are already on sale, unless otherwise specified. If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the designated field during the checkout process. The system will then calculate the new total based on the applied discount. Once your product has been shipped, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days in METRO area, 3 to 7 in Regional area. Express 1 to 2 business days.

* Shipping times will vary dependent on your delivery location, it takes less time to delivery to Metro than to rural addresses, please make sure you factor these added times in when placing your order.

* Express orders placed weekdays before 2pm AEST will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed outside of these times will leave the next business day.

* Delivery time will then be based on Australia Post or the Courier Company.

Yes, please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country.

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

Look out for an email from us with your tracking number, which you'll receive once we've dispatched your order. You can either click the link in the email or click here (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search) and enter your tracking number to check where it is and get an approximate delivery date (and wait eagerly by the front door if you're anything like us!).

If you don't receive an email within 1-2 business days confirming that we've dispatched your order, contact us at info@rainbowskin.com.au with your order number so we can help you out.

The face is one of the most sensitive areas on the body, to ensure you have a fantastic experience using our products, we have provided some patch testing instructions. Patch testing is highly recommended before trying any new skincare product.

1. Apply a small amount of the product onto a clean area of skin on the upper forearm or a small area of your face (underside of your jaw, a corner of your forehead or behind your ear). There should be no other products on the skin so that you can properly test the product.
2. Keep the area dry.
3. After 24 hours, rinse the area.
4. If any redness, burning, itching, blistering or irritation is observed at any time throughout test, do not use the product. Wash the area and remove the product.

Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we’ll step you through the process of returning the products so we can issue a refund. All we ask is that you arrange and cover the cost of returning the products, ideally through a tracked service such as AusPost as lost return items can’t be refunded.
